These Zoom backgrounds are based on mindfulness and controlled breathing techniques to help you stay calm and centered during these uncertain times. They're available in 6 colors to suit your desired mood or intention.
Breathing at 5 breaths per minute maximizes heart rate variability and has been shown to reduce stress, increase attention, enhance your mood, and even boost your immune system.
Note: The GIF previews shown above are at 2x speed. The .mov files are available for download animate at the optimal rate of 5 breaths per minute.
These are created entirely in Figma.
