CounterPro is a free preset released for free by Studio Blou (https://studioblou.tv/) to help you create and animate numbers. It is compatible from After Effects CS6 to CC 2019.
Features:
No keyframes required (based on inPoint layer).
Possibility to animate with keyframes.
Set as many decimal numbers as you want.
Easily apply, modify and customize prefix/suffix signs.
Easily modify decimal marks and thousands separators.
Change animation duration and delay.
Change the negative sign position.
Create a timer or a countdown.
