Batangas is a first-class province of the Philippines located in the southwestern part of Luzon in the CALABARZON region. It is best known for its century-old churches, a volcano within a lake, pristine beaches, world-class diving spots, a strong accent, and the balisong.
Batangas typeface was inspired by the strong character of the people of Batangas (Batangueños). This is evident in their culture, traditions, and iconic symbols.
