Team management is by no means an easy task! Thanks to digital tools, it can be more efficient now. Here's our concept of a project-based team management app with task assignment and monitoring.
The shot shows three screens. The left one is a project page with the participants, task timeline, and a project deadline. The central one is a team page with settings and a project description. The right one is a task page with the time assigned and progress.
We created a light mode of the app with warm neutral colors using black as a contrast. We also applied color codding to differentiate the tasks in a project making the navigation and monitoring easier.
This concept is an example of a user-friendly design with a nice picture. It follows the UI trends like a blurred-glass effect but focuses on delivering a comfortable user experience.
