Dear friends,
The time has come to share with you a few more screens of the health app that I demonstrated earlier.
Sport is an integral part of a healthy person’s life, it trains willpower, making us closer to perfection. On this screen, you can choose a physical activity that you like, and the application itself will select the optimal level of stress for you, as well as make the right training program based on the main indicators of your health.
In order to successfully engage in sports, it is not necessary to go to the gym, or train with a coach, it’s just your motivation and this application on your smartphone.
